Professor Huang holds a medical doctorate jointly awarded by Southern Medical University and the University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center. She treats the full range of benign and malignant gynaecological tumours — uterine fibroids, ovarian cysts, cervical cancer, ovarian cancer and endometrial cancer — as well as pelvic organ prolapse, urinary incontinence and genital tract malformations.
Her surgical practice is minimally invasive: hysteroscopy, laparoscopy and single-port laparoscopy, with a special interest in scarless single-port techniques. She also treats infertility and gynaecological endocrine disorders, and was recognised as a Guangzhou leading physician, a Yangcheng outstanding young doctor, a China maternal and child health guardian and a Lingnan famous doctor.
