Combined treatment of liver, bile duct, lung and colorectal cancer, with a recognised focus on melanoma and melanoma liver metastases and on non-vascular ablation techniques.
Dr Liu treats hepatocellular carcinoma, cholangiocarcinoma, lung cancer and colorectal cancer with combined-modality plans, and has a particular focus on melanoma and melanoma metastatic to the liver. She is proficient in non-vascular interventional techniques: microwave ablation, radiofrequency ablation, cryoablation and radioactive seed implantation.
She has taken part in two Guangdong provincial science and technology research projects and in drafting the 2014 expert consensus on thermal ablation for primary and metastatic lung tumours, published in the Chinese Journal of Lung Cancer.
